Foreign banks have been attracted to the large mortgage market. With China’s accession to WTO, the restrictions and conditions to which foreign financial institutions were previously subject have been eventually relaxed from 11 December 2006. Foreign banks’ entry to the market should usher in an era of greater competition, help improve the quality of services and stimulate the financial market. BDGH has a significant presence in the dynamic market to become the panel valuer to most of the foreign banks in China. Properties valued ranged from the high-end detached garden villas, old houses to a variety of apartments, commercial and industrial properties.
